[1830] ThirdPerson being a VRC+ feature

This is a terrible idea as its been a free feature in the beta and is now available in TWO different beta branches of the game for free. Locking it behind a paywall when it goes live is a TERRIBLE and I cannot stress this enough TERRIBLE idea.
Non VRC+ creators will be unable to test ThirdPerson in their worlds, and or will be forced to use a broken and possible outdated beta branch.

I'm sorry you didn't understand it all, because it's a EARLY ACCESS FEATURE and 3p will be released publicly in june, and the 3p-beta branch is for developers to test the feature inside their worlds. It's just VRC+ right now cause it's a ea feature and it says vrc+ gets ea features early

_ Aech _ the 3p beta barely got updated alongside other open betas and even the live branch on occasions. With these next major builds containing new components and changes for avatars and worlds (and accesories) unless they plan on just having it be up to date all the time. That beta will be broken and reflect poorly on the feature, or not work at all with the newer content.
