[1878] Truncate nameplates by length

Pronoun truncation currently does not change by nameplate size. See image (courtesy of boxofbiscuits97) where the nameplate gets longer, but the truncation does not change.
If the nameplate increases in length, truncate less.

Truncation behavior is better now. pronoun and status text get more room before they're cut, instead of hitting a short fixed limit.
If you're still seeing text cut off when there's obviously space for it, say so and we'll take another look.
