Load into VRChat, home world will start loading. Once getting to the "Connecting" screen, it will kick you back out to "Initializing", and repeat forever.

After the first few times it will kick you to the default home world, where the same problem occurs. Then it kicks you back to your chosen home world, with the "Traveling too fast" error.

After this is continues with the loop first described forever.
