Intermitten Performance issues and avatar loading delays [Open Beta]

as title says
avatars now take around 3 times as long to load (and also once loaded have to load a second time with no ik untill its profiles and then after a few moments of that the person will finally have ik and such).
Aswell as performance is now all over the place (areas and worlds with exact same avatars now drop performance comparative to before (avatars with anims litteraly dropping the user of avatar to ssub 30 fps when using anims locally tho no drops accour to thoes not in the avatar using the anim)
aswell as vr users having issues with basic levels of performance
regardless of world or avatars in the world
Another issues is fav worlds menu dosent always load /dissapers sometimes aswell as i can still not un fav worlds that no longer exsist.

Part of the performance bug contains to avatars with long and complex animation setups activating multi-media (audio, motion, bones and ik, etc) and playing the animations kills frames heavily locally. So avatars that gesture enables the setup drops frames as it plays, and i imagine always on animation kills frames always.

I7 2600k@ 4.4GHZ 16 Gigs of ram, windows 10, gtx 1060. Using an SSD.

PurpleHeart: You're using a pretty huge amount of particle emitters and etc on a CPU below our min spec. Did you always have these issues, or is it worse now?

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: normally the animation gets me to 30-45 fps... if there's a bunch of people then 20-30.. But on the animation, it starts me at 11 fps and then when the second part starts, I get like 4 fps and stutter.. so only since this open beta it's started doing it... the avatar has not been updated to 2017, it's still a 5.6 avatar.

Tupper - VRChat Head of Community: I tried the same avatar with the same result. I'm on an i7 6700k @ 4.5GHz, 32GB RAM, 1080Ti. Can confirm that it didn't have that problem on the current live build.
