[SDK][2019.08.20.13.28] 2D audio not working with VRC_Spatial Audio Source attached

Added Audio Source to the scene and VRC_Spatial Audio Source component. In Audio Source set Spatial Blend to 2D (value 0), in VRC_Spatial Audio Source disabled checkbox Enable Spatialization.
Expected behavior: audio should be fully 2d, play with same volume everywhere in the world.
What I getting: Audio still spatialized, playing from point in the world.
