Description
before the update, others avatar customizations worked just fine. but after the update, i couldn't see anyones avatar customizations . idk why this happened. my guess is the update had to do with this. i can see my own avatar customizations just fine. i just cant see others customizations.
Reproduction Steps
i installed the update and it just started happening. idk how to recreate it nor do i know a work around.

A user in a station with an animation controller doesn't animate to beta users if on live and vice versa. They DO correctly sync across live-to-live.

For some reason I can only see the base of other people's avatars (Unedited avatars) and vise versa as well.

anyone cant see any props appear nor any changes to avatar and its the same with me not even ckearing the cache works

it started after the update you released so its something on your end it never started happening begore but your game updated and it did but its sonehow localizes to acccounts and mine is one of them
