VRC+ QM Tab should be last accessible tab

While it's convenient to have quick access to the VRC+ settings from the QM, I believe its placement would be more consistent if it were positioned just before or after the Settings tab, aligning it with its placement in the MM.

Optionally, you could add it to the top right, where VRCat and VRC Credits are positioned. If it had to stay as a bottom row tab, keep it last.
