VRCPickup Overlay should have options to opt in/out renderers

In a recent Open Beta it was announced that the VRC highlight now highlights Skinned mesh renderers.
This functionality should be opt-in through the Pickup Component or auto assigned based on the renderer it is added to. Currently this changes how old pickups show and now add an overlay over invisible parts which may go against how the creator intended.
If the option is to be set as the default, it would be nice to include an array within the pickup component where we can 'hide' renderers within the pickup child to be ignored by the hover highlight.

Outlining based on skinned meshes for pickups in worlds is planned to be temporarily rolled back for the live release of 2026.2.3 while we investigate this issue.
We are currently aiming to expose a renderer array for VRCPickup in the SDK to allow world creators to manually define which meshes should be used for the outline if they want to. If none are defined, the system will try to determine the outline automatically instead.

Dexvoid Will this also be possible for Udon scripts using the Interact event?
Dexvoid
GigiSpahz Yes, the array will be settable through Udon scripts, so it could be changed in response to Interact() for example.
