Once out of beta would vrchat still be open to expanding the suggested collision tags? And if so would it be from canny posts, or when they think a tag is popular enough. with contacts being added to worlds the standardization for tags I think is going to be getting a lot bigger. especially if people design systems that use a bunch of specific tags.
To take some of the load off of vrchat, having a way people can either create their own tag list or download a list by someone else. and have it show up in editor would help making standard tags people make easier to use.

We're in support of the idea of a dedicated page in the VRChat Wiki as suggested below to include any additional tags, which would allow the community to maintain that list themselves. Once this page exists, we'd consider linking to it directly from the Contact Sender and Contact Receiver components in the SDK as well as from our own Creators documentation, making it clear that the tags built into the SDK are mainly for convenience and are common suggestions only. When deciding what goes into the SDK, we'd probably be aiming for tags that everyone in VRChat might have a reason to use.
If a community defined tag proves to be popular and generic enough, we could consider adding it to the SDK directly as a suggestion. As with all feature requests for VRChat, we'd likely be accepting future suggestions for built-in tags via Canny - it's unlikely we'll allow the SDK built-in list to be directly edited by users at this time.

What if we could make use of the wiki for this?
Is there any way a "Community" section could pull from a page there?

ZenithVal nothing special needs to happen for it to be made into a wiki page. And it would be ok if it had all the same tags from the docs, but in addition a larger selection of “standardized” tags that came about after some time.
I’m doubting that many more tags will become “common” actually. So I think this shouldn’t be too big of a worry. There won’t be a 100% increase in the number of tags that are considered popular.
Now if anyone just wants an exhaustive list of all tags, that’s a totally different discussion.
VRChat also welcomes additions to all of their documentation. They have multiple routes to suggest fixes and additions.
