The same symptoms occur when using SDK 3.10.1 in a new project.
This error occurs after Avatar Uploading and Signature Uploading.

Even if I were to speculate about communication-related issues, I can't think of anything that fits the description.

It is unclear whether the problem stems from specific accounts.
The fact that it relates to specific computers is truly peculiar. I replaced my computer in November, yet the issue occurred on the old computer as well, while it did not occur on the current computer for some time.

Minor issues exist.
The VRCSDKControlPanel operates slowly; when uploads fail, the avatar name and capture image entered are lost or become uneditable; the CopyrightOwnershipAgreement button times out before appearing.
The image is unclear, but the interface becomes unresponsive like a modal dialog.

After an avatar upload fails, it appears to exist as an avatar when checked on the website.
However, it cannot be used at all.
Even if a capture image exists, it displays as Unavailable.
