Using SDK 3.6.1 today. When I have "Enable World Reload" enabled, and I click on "Build & Test New Build", I now have 2 clients opening up the new build. I think there should be a button that just says Build.
Then I can click Build and keep my one client open.

You can just set the Number of Clients to 0 and it won't launch any extra ones.
