Build &publishが押せません

VRCCCで新しいプロジェクトを起動
Liltoonを追加しUnityを起動
Unity内でアバターを追加
Maya.Prefabをインポート
VRC SDKを開き、ログイン
名前、サムネイルの追加
そしてbuild &Publishを押すと1の項目が押せなくなり、ダウンロードっぽいのも始まりません
build &publishの下にチェックマーク？があると記事で読みましたがそれもありません
2番の項目に6角形くらいのエラーマークはありません
SDKのバージョンは2022.3.22f1であってます。

Hey! Im not able to upload any avatars, whether including poitoon or not. I have even left it running while i slept for over 8 hours and its become an issue for over a week. It sits in building and publishing, and i am hoping im posting this in the correct thread.
This is with any and every avatar I am trying to set up.
If this is not the proper bug reporting thread, please let me know so I may find the correct one, and copy this over to there.

Thank you for the report! Unfortunately, we're unable to provide support for third-party packages like Maya or Liltoon. Please ensure that the issue you're experiencing is not related to those packages.
