Building to Android & iOS at the same time leads to infinite builds

Not sure if able to replicate this, has only happened to me once so far, but I don't build to iOS often
I was on the Android build platform and selected only iOS and Android for the build platforms, and hit upload, resulting in an infinite sequence of doing complete uploads to iOS and Android, as shown in the image
I stopped this manually

In a specific world that I have uploaded, an infinite loop always occurs during the multi-platform build process.
When I specify both Windows and Android builds simultaneously, the build process continuously alternates between Windows and Android, never stopping.
I have uploaded several other worlds, and in those cases, the expected behavior occurs (i.e., the process completes after building once for Windows and once for Android).
I am unsure what makes this particular world different.
