People should not be viewing sexual, suggestive, violent or gory content if they do not consent to it. VRChat already provides these people with the option to not view avatars tagged with these flags.

Therefore, new users should have all of these traits being blocked by default, unless they make the conscious choice to consent to viewing avatars flagged by these content filters.
