[SDK Beta 3.10.6-beta.2] Allow Advanced Contact Parameters for Contacts other than Proximity.
available in future release

Currently the Advanced Contact Parameters are only available when the Contact is set to Proximity. Some of the Advanced Parameters would be just as useful on contacts set to OnEnter, and Constant. Namely the SenderType, and CollisionTag parameters.
I don't see why we shouldn't also have access to those on the other contact types. I can see why the position/velocity parameters might not be possible on the other contact types but it would be nice to have them as well if possible.

Some additional notes after playing w/ the current advanced parameters a bit:
If possible, could the Constant contact type be made to set the collision tags based on any/all contacts in range? It makes sense for proximity to only give the tags for the nearest contact, but constant can possibly have multiple contacts with different tags in-range.
Example Use Case (See attached screenshot): I have a contact tester that lights up different sections based on which contacts are triggered. Current system uses 22 contacts for the default body part contacts. This could be cut down to just 2 contacts if each contact can return a combined set of tags from multiple contacts within range. i.e sticking both hands in the contact range would set all the Hand and Finger tag parameters to true.
This might have to be a separate toggle within the Advanced Parameters toggle itself though as I could see it being problematic if trying to use any of the other Advanced Parameters as they all seem to assume a single contact.

ProximitySpeed only makes sense for the Proximity type. For the other parameters, this is now tracked.
