Toon Standard Detail maps Pixelated

Detail albedo and normal maps seem to have a pixilation effect, which does not have to do with the resolution or filtering settings of the texture.

After some testing, I think this might be a mediump shader precision issue as PC uploads aren't affected. Toon Standard really ought to use fullp here, as detail textures are often tiled
very, very
finely across large atlases. A fix would be greatly appreciated -- aggresive tiling can provide us huge VRAM savings ^^StormRel

After looking into this more it seems to have to do with tiling and offset, with it being most notable while setting the offset values of certain textures to very high numbers, like 100.
Notice the pixelation increase as the images change between an X offset of 0, 10, and 100
This example is using the detail albedo but after testing every texture. map, and mask, the problem only occurs with:
-Emissions Map
-Detail Texture
-Detail Normal Map
