[1830] Free Rotate in Third-Person View has terrible audio direction

Third-Person View places the Audio Listener at the Avatar instead of the Camera. This is a little bit distracting and can be easily noticed if you rotate your Avatar using A and D while in Free Rotate.
It would be better if the Audio Listener was correctly placed at the Camera instead of on the Avatar while in Third-Person View.

I can't reproduce this issue in the current Open Beta (w_2026.2.1-e09d91ab20). There was a point in the past where this was an issue in the 3p-beta but has since been solved (and I can't confirm it breaking again in current version)
