I don't seem to find any way to adjust the Vertical or Horizontal of the Third-Person Camera. It would be nice if this can be adjusted in the Settings, mainly because it doesn't feel "right" from where it's anchored to right now.

This is just a very particular request as a user who has played hundreds of games that uses Third-Person View.

If it DOES exist, instructions need to be more clear.
