Even if I disable the TPS view in the settings screen, it's still forcibly enabled by pressing F5 or scrolling with the mouse, making it impossible to scroll text in the game world.

This seems like a bug, so please fix it as soon as possible.

設定画面でTPSビューを無効にしても、F5キーを押すかマウスでスクロールすると強制的にTPSビューが有効になり、ゲーム内のテキストをスクロールできなくなります。
