Why a white listing system? ( mostly for early access testing)

[note, I understand the items and accessories are still early access]

I feel if adding known trusted creators to allow selling items to the shop will help progress the direction of the items and accessories system without over whelming the new system.

and having trusted members in the game will very unlikely push the limits for the store and what it can sell and more likely willing to work with devs on what they can add to the game.

How would this help the game?

Players are more willing to buy something if they knew it if it was helping a fellow player, friend or group member by buying something and knowing the money goes to them.

fourthly: I want to see what they community members can make and I want to support them.

I hope to see some player made items in the shop in upcoming years even if theirs a limited amount of players who have access to it.
