For un-closed group instances that have no users in them as long as any user keeps a link / invite to that instance they are able to "re-open" and join that instance any time regardless.

Moderation tools for keeping track of these instances via the website would be extremely helpful.

(technically this can KINDA be done with audit logs but not with instances created >6 months ago...)
