I uploaded an avatar with 16 VRC Raycast components to force it down to Very Poor rank. The website reports it as Excellent. It's Excellent on Windows otherwise.

Steps to reproduce: Check the private avatar linked above, or create the depicted avatar with 16 VRC Raycast components.

Expected behavior: Very Poor in the SDK, in-app (live & test avatar builds) and on the website.

Actual behavior: The website reports the avatar as Excellent performance rank, but in reality it's Very Poor in-app (live & test) and in the avatar SDK prediction.
