I have worlds in my favorites that are either set to private or probably deleted. Clicking on them navigates to "https://vrchat.com/home/world/???". This page doesn't display anything (except for all the other UI, like wings and navbar). So I cannot remove them through the website.

The page for "???" world should also probably at least say that the world doesn't exist or is inaccessible, instead of being blank.
