Can't unban user from group

The user still appears in the banned user list after selecting to unban them yesterday. Their pfp in the banned user list is now stuck in a loading state and there's no button to unban that user anymore.

I was able to workaround the problem by using developer tools to move the unban button out from under the loading state.
