Friends wing doesn't show friends in private worlds

- Have a lot of friends
- Open https://vrchat.com/home
- Look at Friends Wing -> In-World section
- You can only see friends in public instances(visible instances), but not friends in private instances.
Then as you scroll further your Active & Offline sections, people in private instances start to load in (scroll back up to check).
