Clicking the Generate Impostors button on an avatar appears to work at first, with the waiting animation playing. But then the page reloads and the button returns to Generate Imposters and can be clicked again. This cycle can be repeated forever.

It seems to eventually actually generate impostors if left alone, though it's very confusing.
