Hello, so since around a few days or a week the log-in page isnt reachable anymore from the Pale Moon browser, other browsers work fine and there hasnt been an update for Pale Moon either.
That leaves vrchat.com
Its pretty much stuck at the loading bar animation, never ending.

Interesting bug.
Seems that the browser doesn't like one of our regex patterns somewhere.
Will take a look at it once I have some available time.

Without any notification, this seems to finally be fixed on Waterfox! So you might want to check Palemoon again; maybe it works now too!
Given that voice visemes now work on Linux too (or at least I remember that being the case last time I checked) and even the long-standing video issue is close to being solved through improvements in Wine/Proton, I think it is about time for me to subscribe to VRChat+ again, after several months of avoiding it due to lack of support.

Please fix this. It has been almost 4 months now and you have lost over $29.97 by not being prompt on this, since I have not paid for VRC+ since the bug appeared. This is effecting the SDK download page too: https://vrchat.com/home/download.

This is also a bug in Waterfox, which is based on a significantly newer version of Firefox than Palemoon is. I have the following in my console logs which appear to be the cause of it:
SyntaxError: missing ) after for-loop control home:64:26
SyntaxError: invalid regexp group index.js:316:149
SyntaxError: expected expression, got '&' home:121:45
I have been planning to cancel my VRC+ subscription after 1 month due to lack of full Linux support (the big gap is currently video players), as a compromise between wanting to support VRChat, and my usual policy of giving no money if something does not support Linux. If this bug is resolved in Waterfox and Palemoon, I will cancel my cancellation, and subscribe again, as support for XUL-based browsers is very important to me, and probably others as well, since these browsers provide features that simply aren't available anywhere else.

happysmash27: Interesting you mentioned XUL, because the Firefox version I saw stop working was 56 which was the last version to support custom XUL code I believe.

Gharlane: I believe Waterfox Classic was forked from Firefox 56, so it makes sense that the same bug might affect both. It is basically just a more up-to-date version of it, so any bug that affects Waterfox Classic, will probably affect Firefox 56 too.

I think what ever caused this happened on either the 20th or 21st of May. I noticed some stuck loading pages on the 20th but from the 21st it became inaccessible on an older version of firefox.

Gharlane: Thanks for the info, that does line up with some changes that might be problematic in this case. :p
