Any time an item that is marked as "new" is marked as seen by opening it, the web app sends a PUT request with {"isSeen":true} as body, followed by refreshing the full list of inventory items, spamming the api/1/inventory endpoint with various different query strings which quickly leads to "whatever it is that you are doing, you are doing it too quickly. slow down!" errors being shown on the website.
