I grew up speaking Teochew, a beautiful language that gave me a strong sense of identity with the culture behind it.

I was extremely excited when finding the Teochew group in VRChat and making friends with my fellow Teochew people around the world. Everybody speaks Teochew and break the ice easily via the same language, connecting with each other closely, which is really the most meaningful thing in the virtual world.

However, Teochew is still not added into bio as an option to display, even it has an active VRChat group with more than 160 members and widely spoken by more than 20 million people around the world.

I really hope you could kindly add the Teochew language into the bio language options, since Cantonese, Wu, and Mandarin Chinese have also been added in the latest update.

We all speak equal languages ​​and have our own groups, appreciate that you could update Teochew (潮州話/潮汕話/潮語) in the near future.
