Expected behavior:
- Visitor to appear as "Visitor" on the website
- Trusted User to appear as "Trusted User" the website
Actual behavior:
- Visitor appears as "visitor" on the website ("Visitor" in-app)
- Trusted User appears as "Trusted user" on the website ("Trusted User" in-app)
