Adjust Safety Settings for Individuals

As the title suggests I think it would be nice to be able to turn on/off shaders, animations, particles and avatar sounds per individual.
I often run around with animations, particles and avatar sounds turned off for everyone but friends and often times someone will have an effect I'm not friends with that I would like to see without turning everything on for everyone with that rank and only for that person. Or there's occasionally one of my own friends that has obnoxious effects on their model, I don't want to have to turn everything off for all my friends... only that one person.
Being able to adjust these settings by individual would greatly help these situations.

Can't believe this still hasn't been implemented. I just made a similar post about this before I noticed yours. This idea would be the simplest way to increase performance in public worlds. How is this not obvious?

Welcome to the highly requested but not yet implemented club.
There is a list of things that would have been better implemented with separation for more control.
In addition things like the safety and performance settings should also be separate disable toggles rather than a single show all button.
Its a bit hard for me to find my older upvoted or request canny posts from when the google accounts were a thing so I don't currently have a full list of all the separation requests seeing as they were almost a year ago.

Like I got this one friend who always uses animations, and I want to just turn his custom animations off, not make my only custom safety file created for just him to not deal with the animations. This would make vrc a lot better for sure.

If you run around with high safety and wanna see stuff, you can just use Show Avatar on that person and then you'll see his everything.
The reason I would want that is so that I can turn off certain features on a specific user without hiding the entire avatar, which would prevent me from seeing what they are or if they've switched to something else.
Hide avatar also disables hand movement. Not very ideal if I just want to get rid of someone's particles or shaders.
