Provide some indication when a request invite is sent to a player in a friends-only instance

Recently in the JP community, there's been a lot of discussion about the common complaint that "everyone's in private instances", and that in reality most of them are just in friends only instances; one possible part of the problem is that even if you send a request invite, and even if the recipient accepts, the invite just disappears with no indication to either of them of what happened.
One possible solution would be to, in friends only instances, rather than asking whether an invite should be sent, ask whether the sender should be send a notification that you are in a friends-only instance instead. This would ensure that both parties (assuming they can read the notification text) understand what is going on.

Everyone being in private instances is not limited to the japanese community. It happens with pretty much everyone in vrchat, mainly because people don't like dealing with public instances in their current state. Even friends+ instances can end up being bad.
