VRC_SceneResetPosition should not be remvoed from document yet

v2018.2.3 document removes legacy component VRC_SceneResetPosition page. But this component is still usefull. I think the page should not be remvoed yet.
The function of VRC_ObjectSync.TeleportTo RPC is similar to VRC_SceneResetPosition.ResetPosition. But currently TeleportTo has problems. It's very inconvenient in some case.
- TeleportTo targetLocation becomes None after hierarchy edit
- VRC_ObjectSync.TeleportTo by non-owner may cause location desync
- VRC_ObjectSync.TeleportTo target object moves back when opening SendRPC edit form again
- VRC_ObjectSync.TeleportTo changes target location object rotation if its parent moves
- VRC_SceneResetPosition has "Remove Velocity" option. TeleportTo doesn't.
- VRC_SceneResetPosition also resets scale of object transform. TeleportTo doesn't.
