Finding users to change their roles is a pain

If I want to add/remove a role from someone in a group I have to go to Members tab and keep clicking "List More Members" until I find the user I'm looking for. This is a pain in the ass in large groups as it only loads 25 users per click and each time you have to scroll >.>

Failing to send a friend request due to rate limiting does not report a failure to the user

Attempting to send a friend request when a user is under rate limiting restrictions (HTTP 429) does not provide any feedback to the user outside of the web console.
